Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Alaska.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong experience in a perioperative setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ASC operations across departments for efficiency.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve performance and care delivery.
• Oversee daily flow of the surgery center, staffing and logistics.
• Maintain staff education, licensure, and vaccination records.
• Analyze P&L and identify cost-improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate timelines and ensure initiative completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Provide patient calls and manage admissions/discharges.
• Supervise medical assistants and surgical technicians.
