Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license and valid BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Significant perioperative and operating room experience required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategy.
• Comfortable making decisions and driving change in a fast-paced ASC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve performance and care delivery.
• Manage patient flow, staffing, supplies, and sterilization in the surgery center.
• Maintain staff education records and regulatory compliance.
