AMSURG is a leading ambulatory surgery center services network, delivering high-quality care across a multisite system. The Director of Operations will oversee governance of ASCs, lead growth strategies, manage P&L, and mentor Center Administrators while partnering with physicians and hospital systems.

This hybrid, remote-centric role covers the Philadelphia metro area and requires strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience in ASC management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee governance of ASCs and optimize center operations.
• Develop growth strategies and manage P&L.
• Lead and mentor Center Administrators; coordinate onboarding.
• Manage relationships with physicians partners and health system partners.
• Report on financial performance and oversee budgets.
