Job summary

Allied Fire Protection in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Interior Project Coordinator to support project managers and customers in a fast-paced construction environment. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, assist with estimates and budgets, coordinate procurement, and manage document control and change orders.

Procore experience is required to track progress, ensure safety and quality standards, and keep all stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Construction scheduling, PO and process flow experience is a plus.
• Experience in similar industry administrative roles preferred (renting lifts or heavy equipment with vendors preferred).
• PROCORE experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore or similar software.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing construction estimates and budgets utilizing construction estimating tools.
• Coordinate procurement processes, including tracking contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress through site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage document control using Bluebeam or comparable software to review drawings, change orders, and RFIs.
