• Experience with project management or billing platforms (Service Trade / Service Channel) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to communicate clearly with all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.
• Willing to assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with office and field teams.
• Answer service requests via phone and email.
• Schedule appointments with Project Managers.
• Upload reports to city and third-party portals.
• Ensure jobs are dispatched and time captured.
• Communicate service schedule to field personnel.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Schedule resources for service jobs and issue purchase orders.
• Prioritize service calls with the service management team.
• Process invoices per billing practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned and as business needs evolve.
