Job summary

Lifelineyouth is seeking a dedicated social worker to deliver comprehensive programmatic services across various family-centered treatment areas including Adoption and Guardianship Support Services. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, maintaining documentation, and providing ongoing support, including crisis consultation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in social work or related field and at least 18 months of relevant experience. The role involves engaging with clients on a constant basis while ensuring adherence to service standards and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in adoption/guardianship and/or child welfare.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting.
