McGregor PACE in the Akron area is seeking a results-driven Marketing Representative to grow the program. You’ll build referral relationships and expand community presence to connect older adults and families with our services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proven marketing, sales, or customer engagement experience.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or referral development preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
• Flexibility, energy, reliability, and goal orientation.
• Collaborative approach with colleagues at every level.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, and senior centers.
• Call on referral sources and deliver presentations on referrals.
• Guide families from first contact through enrollment.
• Schedule community outreach and events; represent at trade shows.
• Execute the sales plan and meet referral and enrollment goals.
• Generate new leads and develop Akron-area referrals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Build relationships with participants, families and community partners.
