Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Akron area to represent Constellation Energy, one of the nation’s largest energy providers. This is a full-time, in-person B2B role with a base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training, plus health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO benefits.

You will cover a defined Akron territory, meet business owners, close sales on the spot, and build your book of business with bi-weekly pay and coaching support.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and a competitive, goal-driven mindset.
• Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• 18 years or older and able to work full‑time in Akron area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned Akron territory and visit local businesses.
• Discuss benefits of fixed-rate energy plans with decision-makers.
• Close sales on the spot and grow your book of business.
• Track pipeline with coaching from a local sales manager.
