Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Cleveland area to represent Constellation Energy — the nation's largest producer of carbon‑free energy. You will work in person, visit local businesses, and sell a fixed‑rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier.

No prior sales experience is required as paid training is provided. This is a full‑time, W‑2 role with a guaranteed base pay and an uncapped commission structure to grow your income with performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort starting face‑to‑face conversations with business owners.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• 18+ years old; able to work full‑time in Cleveland and surrounding area.
