Sales Focus Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Akron to cover the territory with in-person, B2B energy sales. You will work full-time as a W-2 employee, earning guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings range of $75,000–$100,000+ per year.

The role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, 401K, and generous PTO/holiday provisions. You will meet business owners face-to-face, manage your own book of business, and grow with a Fortune 200 energy

Qualifications

• 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Akron and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates.
