Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Akron area to represent Constellation Energy, one of the nation’s largest energy providers. This is a full-time, in-person B2B role with a base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training, plus health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO benefits.

You will cover a defined Akron territory, meet business owners, close sales on the spot, and build your book of business with bi-weekly pay and coaching support.

Qualifications

This is in-person, B2B field sales: you’ll work your own territory, meet local business owners face‑to‑face, and show them how a fixed‑rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. Full-time W-2 with guaranteed base pay — your income grows with your performance, with no ceiling.
