Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Akron to cover the territory with in-person, B2B energy sales. You will work full-time as a W-2 employee, earning guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings range of $75,000–$100,000+ per year.

The role includes paid training, comprehensive benefits, 401K, and generous PTO/holiday provisions. You will meet business owners face-to-face, manage your own book of business, and grow with a Fortune 200 energy

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners.
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Akron and surrounding area.
No sales experience needed — paid training provided.

Responsibilities

Work an assigned territory in the greater Akron area, visiting local businesses in person.
Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy and fixed energy rates.
Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business.
Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager.
