Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks an AIT Lead for Kings Bay, GA to support the Modernization Program Manager and Site Manager, ensuring program goals are met. The role involves Alteration Installation Team planning, scheduling, readiness reviews, and Manning planning, with duties in execution and communication.

The candidate will act as EB's primary contact for AIT Manager, OSIC, LMA and other government activities, and may require travel to Navy facilities and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience working in Naval Shipyard and/or IMF environment.
• 8+ years Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Modernization Program Manager and Site Manager to achieve Maintenance and Modernization Program goals.
• Lead Alteration Installation Team planning, scheduling, readiness reviews and Manning planning.
• Manage project status reporting and telephone/meetings as directed by Site Manager.
• Serve as EB contact for AIT Manager, OSIC, LMA and other government activities.
• Travel to US Navy facilities as required; comply with DoD clearance requirements.
