Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Kings Bay, GA is seeking an AIT Lead to oversee alteration projects and lead the Alteration Installation Team. You will plan, route MOA, develop schedules, and prepare readiness reviews while coordinating with the Program Manager and Site Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience working in Naval Shipyard and/or IMF environment.
• 8+ years Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Alteration Installation Team (AIT) projects.
• Develop MOA routing, services request, schedule and metrics, and Readiness Review creation.
• Provide project status updates and coordinate with Site Manager and Program Manager.
