Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Naval Forces Logistics to provide overall contract leadership across shore, shipboard, and expeditionary units.

You will manage cost, schedule, and performance, coordinate with Government PM, COR/ACOR, and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of required reports and deliverables. Primary duty location is Norfolk, VA with travel; requires SECRET clearance eligibility; will lead a distributed team of analysts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related business discipline.
• At least six (6) years of Program Management experience supervising work with multiple subordinate supervisors.
• A combination of at least four (4) years Navy logistics and AIS operations experience and senior‑level management experience.
• Working knowledge of Navy logistics, Naval Operational Forces supply and maintenance, and AISs, including reports.
• Education equivalency: 14 years total senior level Program Management experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Administering total program activities and overseeing contract operations, including MCTMR and MFSR reporting.
• Acting as single point of contact to Government PM, COR/ACOR, and TAs for performance matters.
• Establishing lines of authority, assigning work, and ensuring continuity across dispersed operations.
• Managing subcontractor performance, time, and expenses, and integrating efforts across locations.
• Providing contract fiscal management with tracking of labor, travel, and expenses, and funding forecasts.
