Job summary

Qualifications

• ActiveSecret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• High school diploma and 2–4 years of experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) at start date.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, and performance management.
• Advanced knowledge across multiple networking technologies listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets and triage ticket queue.
• Monitor network events and provide real-time analysis across tools.
• Diagnose faults, isolate root causes, and coordinate corrections.
• Provide 24/7 sustainment and updates on outages.
• Escalate incidents, coordinate with Tier I/II, and communicate with leadership.
