AirWorks Solutions, Inc. announces a paid apprenticeship in Ventura County to learn HVAC and plumbing on real job sites alongside our senior technicians—no experience or trade school debt required.

Ride with senior techs daily, complete Academy milestones, and assist with site prep, materials, and quality checks while you build skills. We will support EPA 608 study and trade certifications on our dime, leading to a full technician role.

Formación

• No prior trade experience required; strong work ethic and curiosity.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Physically able to handle attic spaces, crawlspaces and 50 lb lifts.
• Coachable and punctual with good people skills.

Responsabilidades
