Job summary

Action Air Plumbing & Septic LLC is seeking HVAC apprentices ready to grow with a fast-moving team. You’ll learn directly on real jobs, shadow experienced installers, and progress from Apprentice to Lead Installer through a clear career path.

We offer health insurance stipends, four weeks of PTO, daily trainings, and ongoing development to earn new certifications. Expect reliable year-round work with at least 40 hours per week and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but construction or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good attitude and ability to take direction.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC system installations in residential homes
• Help set equipment, run ductwork, and prepare job sites
• Learn proper installation techniques—not shortcuts
• Keep tools, trucks, and job sites clean and organized
• Support the lead installer and contribute to the team
• Ask questions, learn fast, and take ownership of your growth
