Job summary

Air Experts is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Apprentice to start a hands-on career with paid training in Pennsylvania. You’ll learn and work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable skills that lead to advancement.

This role emphasizes meeting new people, solving problems, and staying active. Training lasts 8–10 weeks, Monday–Friday 7am–5pm, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• You love meeting new people and making friends easily.
• You enjoy solving problems and learning new things.
• You dislike sitting behind a desk all day and prefer active, hands-on work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete 8–10 weeks of intensive HVAC training.
• Learn field skills while working Monday–Friday from 7am–5pm (training in the field may extend).
• Assist technicians and gain hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and quality expectations during training.

Job Type: Full-time

Apprentice Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

This is 8-10 weeks of intensive training. Attendance is critical to learn the skills you need to be successful in this role. If you're not able to commit to the full 10 weeks working Monday - Friday from 7am-5pm (could be later if training in the field) wait to apply until our next opening.
