Job summary

AirWorks Heating, Air & Plumbing seeks an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems across Ventura County. You’ll run your own calls with full support behind you — and you’ll never be pushed to oversell a customer.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing ACs, furnaces, and heat pumps, performing seasonal tune-ups, documenting work in the field app with photos and readings, and maintaining a clean, respectful job site in every home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC service experience (or strong Academy graduate).
• EPA 608 certification.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong diagnostic skills across major brands.
• Honesty to tell a customer when a repair beats a replacement.
