Job summary

Signature Aviation in Goleta, CA seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a high-end guest experience while supporting aircraft ground services. You will operate ground service equipment, assist guests, and ensure safety and efficiency on the ramp in a luxury aviation environment.

The role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors around active aircraft and in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport checks.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.

Responsibilities

• Operate airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns immediately.
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and tugs.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft or service areas.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Offer safe shuttle transport for guests and luggage as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and operations.
• Manage fuel handling and related documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Document time worked and activities accurately.
