SP Plus Corporation, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Wheelchair Supervisor at our airport operations in Memphis. You will oversee the wheelchair service, assist passengers needing mobility support, and help with luggage movement to vehicles, taxi stands, and car rental areas.

The role is full-time or part-time with weekend and holiday availability, requires on-site work, and starts at $15.00 per hour. Training is provided, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear a background and drug screen.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Airline experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push up to 300 lbs.
• Able to obtain an airport badge.

• Oversee wheelchair operation to exceed passenger expectations.
• Push wheelchair passengers to gates and assist with luggage.
• Maintain safety by securing wheel brakes and reporting incidents.
• Complete wheelchair or incident reports.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and airline personnel.
• Exceed customer service standards.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
