Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Wheelchair Supervisor to lead the wheelchair operations at the airport, ensuring high-quality service for passengers with mobility needs.

You will head a team of Leads and Attendants, train staff, enforce standards, and coordinate with airport partners to maintain smooth operations. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service or airport operations, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules and

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise teams effectively and handle challenging situations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within customer service or airport operations.
• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the wheelchair service team operations daily.
• Schedule attendants across airport terminals.
• Monitor safety protocols for wheelchair handling and passenger assistance.
• Train and mentor attendants on best practices and customer service.
• Resolve operational challenges or passenger complaints related to wheelchair services.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with airport authorities and airline staff for seamless service.
• Oversee maintenance and availability of wheelchairs and mobility aids.
• Ensure ADA and airport/customer policies compliance.
