Menzies Aviation Milwaukee is seeking a Passenger Assistance Associate to help airline customers requiring wheelchair assistance at the airport. You will push wheelchair passengers to gates, help navigate jet bridges, and ensure safety checks are followed.

Responsibilities include completing wheelchair or incident reports, following dispatcher orders, maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor, and cooperating with airport staff to support safe, efficient travel for all passengers.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to obtain an airport badge.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work varying shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates.
• Roll customer-occupied wheelchair safely down the jet bridge.
• Ensure wheel brakes are engaged before unloading passengers.
• Complete wheelchair or incident reports.
• Follow dispatcher gate orders.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and support passengers' needs.
• Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and airport staff.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
