Job summary

Avolta AG in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Manager III to oversee all warehouse activities at a high-volume location, including supervising staff, purchasing, receiving and storage, and ensuring accurate data in the Retail Management System. This exempt role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes leadership, vendor coordination, delivery of timely operations, and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or GED; 2 years post-secondary education preferred.
5+ years in Inventory Management / Merchandising / Retail in high-volume operations.
Requires 2 years driving experience and a valid State Driver’s License.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepares daily scheduling of warehouse personnel in accordance with business needs.
Supervises and trains all warehouse associates.
Ensures purchases are from approved vendors; provides feedback to Management on items and vendors.
Oversees the ticketing of all items to ensure timely, accurate processing.
Manages data flow from ordering and receiving forms in the Retail Management System.
Serves as a resource to others in resolving complex problems and fosters open communication with management.
