OTG Management, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager at PHL Airport to oversee inventory, ordering, and product logistics for airport restaurants and markets.

You will lead the purchasing/inventory/logistics team and use analytics to measure performance, reduce waste, and lower COGS while coordinating with FOH and BOH management. The role requires leadership skills, hospitality operations experience, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred.
• 1–3 years of management experience in restaurants or retail – preferably overseeing multi-unit concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute all inventory counts and maintain stock levels for markets and restaurants.
• Review consumption reports and coordinate with inventory management to align with sales needs.
• Ensure daily production for markets is completed by the BOH team and logged.
• Implement stock rotation protocols to reduce waste and protect quality.
• Pull expired product and return to warehouse for proper waste logging.
• Manage warehouse and porter teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and transfers.
• Ensure all deliveries meet QA standards for time, temperature, and sanitization.
