Job summary

OTG Management, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Training Manager to lead the airport's Learning & Organizational Development initiatives.

You will partner with airport leadership to design and deliver onboarding, safety, and hospitality training that enhances crewmember and guest experiences. You will manage scheduling, track progress, and coach trainers while ensuring compliance with regulatory programs and budgeting for L&D activities.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in hospitality operations, training or HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train, delegate, coach and develop peers, leaders and crewmembers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Schedule, facilitate and maintain trainer programs and core training initiatives.
• Track, monitor and report training activities and outcomes.
• Support LMS administration and course enrollment management.
• Communicate training initiatives to leadership and ensure successful implementation.
