Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, or culinary arts.
• Minimum 3–5 years of senior managerial experience in multi-unit concepts.
• Proficient knowledge of P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and market operations and manage airport and corporate initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, development, and training.
• Ensure quality of food presentation and guest services.
• Manage policies, procedures, and safety compliance.
• Direct scheduling and performance of managers and crewmembers.
