Job summary

The Connecticut Airport Authority seeks a Terminal Services Coordinator to assist with terminal operations at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT. You will inspect facilities, monitor passenger activity, and coordinate duties across teams to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Hospitality, Transportation or related field and at least three years of airport experience, with strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Hospitality, Transportation or related field preferred.
• Three years of related airport experience in operations or customer service required.
• Knowledge of passenger and airline facilitation, processing, and support systems.
• ADA, Title VI and ACDBE program knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day terminal operational activities at Bradley International Airport.
• Inspect business partner operations for compliance with contracts and procedures.
• Support passenger flow and queue management around security checkpoints.
• Develop positive working relationships with airlines, tenants, and service partners.
• Deliver customer service excellence through monitoring and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and participate in customer-facing events.
• Support ADA, Title VI, ACDBE and other program responsibilities.
• Ensure readiness to respond to emergencies and security incidents.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to terminal operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in operations and service.
