Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of complex capital design and construction projects from initiation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Manage professional architects, engineers and general contractors.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal FAA, TSA, and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and monitor project budgets, schedules and quality.
