Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for FOH and BOH positions at IAH and other locations.
• Partner with hiring leaders to set priorities and support openings.
• Review applications, interview, assess candidates, and extend offers.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Represent OTG at career fairs and events.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting activity.
