Job summary

Based in Houston, TX, you will partner with operational leaders to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates. You will also analyze recruitment data and drive process improvements.

You will independently manage requisitions, build diverse candidate pipelines, and communicate with hiring managers to ensure timely, quality hires across locations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment data tracking.
