Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for FOH and BOH roles at IAH and surrounding locations.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to set priorities and open vacancies.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Represent OTG at career fairs and local hiring events.
