Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service or station operations experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish cross-functional relationships and work with multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, non-standard shifts).
• Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and establish priorities of station operations and employees.
• Develop and implement airport operations strategy, including plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Make decisions across station functions to ensure service standards and compliance with regulations.
• Represent the company in the community through public relations activities.
• Manage station resources including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop people through performance management and feedback, delegating stretch assignments.
• Supervise labor contract administration.
