The role requires a decade of progressive airline management experience, strong contract oversight, and skilled liaison work with airport authorities. A robust English proficiency and finance acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher required; high school diploma with four years' relevant experience accepted.
• Ten years of progressive management experience in the airline industry, including oversight of multiple contracts.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, safety rules, and operating manuals in English.
• Strong math skills to analyze financial operations and invoices.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and timekeeping systems; valid driver’s license; background check and drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. under IRCA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workforce health and safety and reinforce a just-safety culture.
• Maintain safe working conditions and personal accountability for safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal directives, security requirements, and audit station operations.
• Monitor quality of service, baggage handling, and departure dependability against KPIs.
• Develop schedules for large workgroups and coordinate training and compliance.
• Lead performance management, recognition programs, and regular staff communications.
• Represent the company to airport officials, FAA, and TSA and coordinate vendor functions.
