Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, a leading aviation ground support provider, seeks a Maintenance Repair Technician Level II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain airport systems. You will manage reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks and document activities in the CMMS while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on an airport ramp.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to obtain airport security clearance, and flexibility for day/night shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in equipment and maintenance operations.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
• Availability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facility systems and controls.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment conditions in the CMMS.
• Execute reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including emergency response.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Promptly communicate critical equipment conditions, operational impacts, and maintenance updates to the Site Manager.
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and work orders to perform required service tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, motor controls, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, VFDs, and other components.
• Assist with identifying root causes of recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to AOA Maintenance Technician I employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
