Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, LLC is seeking an experienced Operational Leader to manage the maintenance operation of baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges at our Rhode Island site. You will oversee the preventive maintenance program, coordinate with airport operations, and drive a customer-centric, safety-focused culture.

You will manage budgets, optimize resources, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Valid Driver's License and eligibility for TSA/airport security clearance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance of BHS, PBB, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance operation of baggage handling systems (BHS) and passenger boarding bridges (PBB).
• Oversee monthly preventive/predictive maintenance schedules with 100% compliance.
• Lead daily coordination with airport operations, station managers, and leadership.
• Manage operational budgets, optimize resources, and control costs while maintaining quality.
• Establish a customer-centric site with fast response times to concerns and requests.
• Oversee daily site operations to maximize productivity and ensure safety standards.
• Lead incident response and emergency protocols to maintain uninterrupted service.
