Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to grasp, lift and move luggage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the airport terminal or designated sites.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles with care and accuracy.
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful directions to hotel facilities.
• Maintain driveway traffic flow and ensure ample loading space.
• Assist guests with luggage and respond to inquiries promptly.
