Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts at the Hilton Airport Atlanta is seeking a valet attendant to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and park or retrieve vehicles with a courteous, safety-focused approach.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage luggage and directions while maintaining traffic flow. Hotel experience is preferred and a valid driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Identify pickup/drop-off points from tags and signs.
• Lift and move luggage; load/unload safely.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift items as needed.
• Excellent driving record as verified by MVR.
• Clear verbal and written communication; adapt to audience.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from airport terminal or designated site in a courteous manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles; manage luggage handling with tickets.
• Greet guests warmly and provide directions to hotel facilities.
• Maintain driveway traffic flow and loading/unloading areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist as needed.
• Communicate hotel features and services clearly to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
