Job summary

Vectour Group, a transportation services provider in Atlanta, seeks a Shuttle Bus Operator to safely transport airport passengers to parking facilities and back, emphasizing customer service and professionalism.

The role requires CDL and DOT medical card, flexible hours including nights/weekends, and the ability to perform pre/post trip checks and coordinate with dispatch. On-site, part-time position at Hartsfield/Jackson Atlanta Intl Airport.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement as required by location.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Work availability: possible 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.
• Language: ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Math: basic arithmetic with money.
• Appearance: neat, clean, uniform.
• Minimum age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Operate a 14+ passenger shuttle bus to/from designated locations following management instructions.
• Perform daily pre/post trip bus inspections and document conditions.
• Communicate maintenance needs to the maintenance department.
• Provide written ride tickets and assist with boarding/alighting.
• Interact with dispatchers via radio and follow procedures for staging and pickup.
• Assist passengers with wheelchairs and luggage as needed.
• Distribute and collect customer survey cards and inform about City of Atlanta literature.
