Job summary

Hilton Atlanta Northeast is seeking a full-time Van Driver/Door Attendant to support guest transportation and provide courteous service. The role operates a split shift, with early and late blocks, Monday–Friday, and occasional weekend work based on business needs.

Starting pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus tips, with a focus on guest safety, local area knowledge, and professional demeanor. Must have a valid license, excellent driving record, and 3+ years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• 3+ years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong knowledge of local areas and roads.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle within a one-mile radius and assist guests with rides.
• Greet guests and bid farewell, inviting return.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
• Relay directions and assist with local attractions.
• Inspect vehicles daily and report hazards.
• Follow procedures for accidents or incidents.
