Location: Atlanta Fast Park – Atlanta, GA 30354. Job type: Full time. Category: Transportation Shuttle Driver. Travel: None. Shift: Overnight.

Position Overview

As a shuttle driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.

Schedule & Shift

Overnight shifts: 10PM – 6AM, 10PM – 8AM, 9PM – 5AM, 9PM – 7AM.

Schedule includes: Monday 4AM – 12PM, Friday 6AM – 12PM, Saturday & Sunday 6AM – 3PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in required DOT and company training.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

License: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Age: Must be 21 years of age.

DOP: Must obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate and work 12AM – 8AM.

Experience: Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe driving record, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and provide excellent customer service to diverse populations.
