Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant at Hilton Airport Atlanta. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining safety and efficient traffic flow.

Ideal candidates have hotel or customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities to engage guests and support smooth operations at a busy airport hotel.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to identify pickup/drop-off points and read signages.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from airport terminal or designated site in a safe, timely manner.
• Park and retrieve valet vehicles; manage claim tickets for delivery.
• Greet guests warmly and open car doors for arrivals and departures.
• Offer clear directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain driveway flow to ensure loading/unloading space.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist staff as needed.
• Lift luggage and place it on baggage carts or conveyors as required.
• Explain hotel services and features to guests.
• Maintain attendance and reliability; perform other duties as assigned.
