Job Title: Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver transports passengers to and from designated locations, which may include airport grounds or nearby parking facilities to the airport terminals.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $25.88/hr

Schedule

Full-Time/Flexible Schedule.

Essential Functions

• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
• Operate an assigned shuttle bus on designated routes.
• Ensure safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with passengers and staff.
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers and luggage at designated locations.
• Ensure safety during loading and unloading, including handling equipment for passengers with special needs.
• Inspect vehicles regularly and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist passengers, including those needing special assistance.
• Report incidents and maintain vehicle logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond courteously to inquiries.
• Manage traffic, barricades, and towing arrangements as needed.
• Maintain safety protocols and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class B or A License with Passenger Endorsement.
• Availability for a flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• One year of similar work experience.
