SSP America is hiring Shift Supervisors to work at Urban Craves inside the Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia. The role involves greeting guests, running shifts to SSP standards, training new hires, and ensuring opening/closing checklists are completed.

You will coach the team to achieve business goals and handle responsibilities as needed. Ideal candidates have a 10-year TSA background check capability, are at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 1+ year

Formación

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Proven ability to resolve uncomfortable situations with guests, peers and direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a TSA background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
