Avolta, operating at John Glenn Columbus Intl Airport, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support management in daily operations, supervise team members, and uphold safety and service standards while driving sales. This is a non-exempt position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities of subordinates and coordinate breaks.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policy.
• Assist in on-the-job training of new associates.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling policies.
