Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and back-ups.
• Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations and company policies.
• Promote safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity policies.
