Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is hiring for Shift Supervisor roles at the Indianapolis International Airport. The positions include Full-Time and Part-Time hours, with shifts 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM and nights/weekends required.

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience in food service is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass.
Flexible schedule availability is required.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance.
Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally.
Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace.
Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed.
Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and bowls according to standards.
Balances cash drawers and processes cash, debit, and card transactions.
