Job summary

SSP America is hiring Shift Supervisors to work at Urban Craves inside Washington Dulles International Airport. The role involves greeting guests, running shifts to SSP standards, training new hires, and completing opening, ongoing, and closing checklists.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in food and beverage, a high school diploma, be 18+, and able to pass a TSA background check; strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Can pass TSA background check (10-year).
• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage.
• Restaurant experience preferred (FS/QS).
• Proven ability to resolve difficult situations with guests and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
