Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Memphis Airport Shift Lead to oversee facility operations on off-shift times and greet customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires flexibility to cover 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am shifts and a valid driver’s license for at least two years.

The position emphasizes staff supervision, customer service excellence, and reporting duties while promoting LAZ’s people-first culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, other reports requested by management
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Other related duties as assigned.
